Who Am I?
Hi, I’m Narelle - health scientist, women’s specialist trainer, massage therapist and founder of F3.
F3 was born from both science and lived experience. As a mother, therapist, and woman navigating midlife, I’ve lived the rollercoaster of hormonal shifts, sleepless nights, and that all-too-familiar sense of being stretched too thin. I know what it feels like to put everyone else first-and forget where your own wellbeing fits in.
I’ve also seen how overwhelming the wellness space can be. There’s no shortage of trends promising quick fixes, but many are ineffective or even dangerous. I’ve watched women feel let down by solutions that don’t serve them.
That’s why I created F3 - to offer something different: real support grounded in evidence, empathy, and practicality.
What sets F3 Apart?

My Philosophy
I believe wellness should feel empowering - not overwhelming. It’s not about perfection, and it’s definitely not about following someone else’s idea of what health should look like.
To me, education is liberation. When you understand your body, your hormones, and your health, you gain the power to make choices that serve you. My role is to provide the tools, insight, and support you need to make those choices with confidence.
At F3, I celebrate progress, not perfection. I honour your journey, your values, and your right to feel well - in your own way, on your own terms.
Let’s rewrite the rules around women’s health. Together.
